Day-of Coordinator (DOC):
A DOC steps in closer to the wedding—typically 4 to 6 weeks out—to finalize details you’ve already planned. I’ll confirm vendors, create your timeline, run your rehearsal, and manage the entire day so you don’t have to stress about a thing. It’s perfect for couples who’ve done the planning and just want someone to execute it smoothly.Wedding Planner:
A planner helps from the very beginning (or anywhere in between!). We guide you through the entire planning process—from budget building and vendor selection to design, logistics, and timeline creation. Whether it’s full or partial planning, we’re your go-to support system the whole way through.Venue Coordinator:
A venue coordinator works for the venue. They focus on what’s happening within their space—like unlocking doors, overseeing setup tied to the venue (tables, chairs, etc.), and making sure their staff is on task. They don’t coordinate outside vendors, manage your personal timeline, or oversee the whole event the way a DOC or planner does. -
Yes, I do! I’m open to traveling anywhere for your event.. For out-of-state events, travel and lodging arrangements will need to be covered by the client. Let’s connect to create a travel plan that fits your needs!

To ensure availability, it's best to book as early as possible—especially for peak seasons like summer and fall. However, I do my best to accommodate last-minute bookings when possible!
