Day of Wedding Coordination
Starting at $1,100
You’ve done the planning—now it’s time to enjoy it. We’ll step in to make sure everything runs smoothly so you can soak in every moment.
Full coordination begins 45 days before your wedding with unlimited phone and email contact
Final timeline and layout preparations, plus vendor communication and confirmations
Oversee the ceremony: line up the wedding party, cue music, and collaborate with your officiant
Coordinate all key reception moments with your DJ or band and photographer (first dances, speeches, cake cutting, etc.)
Deliver prepped tips and final payments to your vendors as needed
Collect and secure personal items such as cards, gifts, and keepsakes at the end of the night
Handle any hiccups behind the scenes—so you can stay present and stress-free

Partial Wedding Planning
Starting at $2,000

Wedding Add-Ons
Venue Walkthrough: $100
Some venues require your day-of-coordinator to attend a walkthrough before the wedding. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm with the venue and add this on if needed.
Rehearsal Dinner: $75
Perfect for couples who want on-site guidance to iron out all the details the evening before the big day.
Additional Assistant: $50/hour
Need more hands on deck? We can provide an extra assistant to help your day run even more smoothly.
Planning Without DOC: $900
Want help planning your event but don’t need on-site coordination? This planning-only option gives you expert support without the day-of presence.
Extra Hours for DOC: $150/hour
Need more time on your big day? Standard coverage includes 8 hours, but you can add extra time to fit your needs.
10 hour day = $1,400 all together
Ideal for help with either set up or tear down.
12 hour day = $1,700 all together
Ideal for help with both set up and tear down.
Additional Fees & Information
Travel Fees
Mileage is included for events within 45 miles of Blaine, MN, which covers most of the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. For locations beyond, a travel fee of $0.70 per mile will be added.
Lodging may also be required for events that involve extensive travel or late-night timelines—this will be discussed during booking.
Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your event.
Out of State
We’re happy to travel for weddings outside of Minnesota! However, for events outside of the state, flight and lodging will need to be covered by the client. We’ll discuss travel and financial arrangements during the booking process.
